Easy, Flexible Configuration

CSi’s LIMS provides an intuitive user interface for configuring routine sampling events. Each sample can be configured with all parameters to be analyzed. Multiple sample grouping features allow for easy identification and alignment with sampling routes.

Sample Management

A convenient schedule viewer identifies pending sampling events, ensuring no sampling events are missed. Samples can be checked in individually, or as part of pre-configured groups. Chain-of-custody documents can be configured to comply with operational and regulatory requirements.

Analysis Management

Once a sample is checked into CSi’s LIMS, each step in the analysis is tracked, allowing better lab process control and standard methods implementation. Lab bench sheets can be configured for each type of analysis. Analyses that extend over a period of time, such as Biological Oxygen Demand, can be saved at each step in the process. Our LIMS can be preconfigured with multiple approval levels for quality control prior to results reporting.

Handheld PC Field Application

CSi’s LIMS features an integrated field module for handheld computers. This unique feature synchronizes sampling schedules and streamlines the recording of sample collection information, including environmental parameters such as temperature and turbidity.

QA/QC

CSi’s LIMS supports QA/QC tasks through quality control sample management, configurable analysis thresholds, and process control charting.

Easy Recall

The fully configurable search pages ensure quick retrieval and review of all historical sample and analysis information.

Reports

Standard graphs and tables are provided through the Reporting component. All reports can be downloaded in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format. An allowance can be provided to develop custom reports specific to a utilities' needs. Custom reports can be configured for scheduled emails to your key staff.
