From air to water, from risk management to CMOM, <font color="#000080">CSi</font> can provide the compliance solution. </p> <h1 class="h1RegComp"><a name="npdes"></a>NPDES Point Source Permitting</h1> <p> <font color="#000080">CSi</font> assists with all phases of NPDES permitting, from development of the application, to compliance monitoring, annual MWPP reporting, and other routine reporting. </p> <p> <font color="#000080">CSi</font> has hands-on experience with a wide spectrum of flowmeters and software from proven manufacturers. We understand how to maximize the advantages of each flowmeter technology, to better suit the utility s specific program needs. </p> <h1 class="h1RegComp"><a name="uic"></a>Underground Injection Control (UIC) Permitting</h1> <p> <font color="#000080">CSi</font> assists with permitting of alternative disposal methods, such as underground injection. <font color="#000080">CSi</font> can execute any or all phases including site evaluation, groundwater testing, system design, continual monitoring, and BMP plans. </p> <h1 class="h1RegComp"><a name="air"></a>Air Quality Permitting</h1> <p> <font color="#000080">CSi</font> assists industrial clients in obtaining air quality permits, and in maintaining compliance afterward with complex performance and reporting requirements. </p> <h1 class="h1RegComp"><a name="dwreg"></a>Drinking Water Regulations</h1> <p> <font color="#000080">CSi</font> can ensure that your utility is in compliance with the latest requirements of the Stage 2 Disinfection Byproduct (DBP) Rule and the new Groundwater Rule (GWR). </p> <h1 class="h1RegComp"><a name="spcc"></a>Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans</h1> <p> <font color="#000080">CSi</font> assists utilities and industrial clients with research, preparation, and submittal of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans, related to storage and use of oil products, in compliance with federal requirements. </p> <h1 class="h1RegComp"><a name="rmp"></a>Risk Management Plans (RMPs)</h1> <p> <font color="#000080">CSi</font> assists utilities and industrial clients with research, preparation, and submittal of Risk Management Plans (RMPs), for reporting of Extremely Hazardous Substances (EHSs), in compliance with federal requirements. </p> <h1 class="h1RegComp"><a name="tierii"></a>Tier II Reporting for Hazardous Chemical Storage</h1> <p> <font color="#000080">CSi</font> assists municipal and industrial clients with tracking and reporting of certain chemicals, such as chlorine used in water and wastewater treatment, in compliance with state and federal regulations. </p> <h1 class="h1RegComp"><a name="cmom"></a>CMOM Programs</h1> <p> <font color="#000080">CSi</font> assists wastewater utilities in developing Capacity Assurance, Management, Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) programs. EPA developed the CMOM concept nearly a decade ago.
